The Columbia Grande Lodge

We took a popular model, the Columbia Lodge, and added some nice features most customers like. Gable dormers on both entry and prow sides, a big extended deck with a log gazebo, a log breezeway to a nice sized log garage, and wrapped the rest of the deck all the way around the house along with a log stairway to the ground off the prowside deck. Modify your own Columbia Lodge, start here, or at the original one, or just sketch something similar you were thinking so we know where to start. Nice big 10" logs on this home, massive character logs for posts and beams on the inside, tall 25' ceiling height, lots of room in the huge loft for 4 bedrooms, or two suites with their own bath suites. Gable dormers up in the loft add light private view and eye appeal from the ground, and boy, with 9' basement walls and main floor ceiling, you feel small. This complete log home package is $251,000 as shown, including basement materials in our package, and includes the larger 10” Swedish coped and peeled logs! Figure about 7-10K cheaper without basement materials. Final price depends on log wall size, lumber and materials market at time of purchase, and your customized design. 4986 square feet as shown, 5 bedroom (can be 9 bedroom), 3.5 bath (can be many more).

Fully Customizable Log Cabin Kit Designs

You can flip the floorplan left to right, up, down, move things around to make rooms larger and others smaller, stretch the design (more costs), shrink it (save $), make it taller, different wall log diameters, add or subtract deck, railing, porches, entry trusses, add a garage, you name it, all doable. We try to advise you to keep the bathrooms stacked (plumbing costs), so a wet wall is shared, and some design elements like ridge lines and posts need to be approximately where they are, but the sky is the limit (let us help you get what you want)!
