The Sunrise Ridge Chalet
A Sunrise Ridge Chalet (another slightly Shortened Sundown) with the huge glass V-prow front, on a daylight basement…wow! For a slightly smaller footprint (this is relative, just larger than the Pinnacle Sunrise), this boasts nice square footage, huge prow glass up front, a 23’ ceiling, and rooms are good size for a log cabin, especially the loft, where the master can be set (or the main floor too, although the main floor master is smaller, it is convenient). The open floorplan is welcome, and feels bigger than normal with the huge cathedral ceilings. With 2212 sq. ft, 3 bedrooms and 4 baths, a big laundry/mud room (everything you need on one floor), it is a value. Priced as shown at $127,000, there is a lot of home for a low price, hence why we sell the snot out of these! Price is with larger 9” logs and on a partial basement (full you would add another 390 square feet but the cost of our package is the same). You can save a little more with 8” wall logs, everything else the same...8" logs are about the same thermal performance as a framed wall. Larger logs have more thermal mass, so stay cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter than a framed home. Final price depends on log wall size, lumber and materials market at time of purchase, and your customized design.

Fully Customizable Log Cabin Kit Designs
You can flip the floorplan left to right, up, down, move things around to make rooms larger and others smaller, stretch the design (more costs), shrink it (save $), make it taller, different wall log diameters, add or subtract deck, railing, porches, entry trusses, add a garage, you name it, all doable. We try to advise you to keep the bathrooms stacked (plumbing costs), so a wet wall is shared, and some design elements like ridge lines and posts need to be approximately where they are, but the sky is the limit (let us help you get what you want)!
Exterior View

Sundowns and Sunrises have lots of glass and a v-prow. This one has a nice dormer like the Sunrise Ridge.

Looking toward the kitchen, the view from this home is great in any direction. You can see how the 3/4 loft covers the dining area, great for a chandelier.
