The Cascade Grande Lodge
The Cascade Grande lodge happened when folks wanted the Columbia Lodge looks (3 rows of V-prow glass), lots of gable dormers, a big garage, and on a smaller Cascade footprint. We also have a giant Gabled dormer entry on this one, wrapped porches, a big truss at the entry, with giant entry post character logs (hard to show on the plan). We have sold many of these, in all different layouts and combinations, as it is a beautiful, big log home design. This log home package is $244,000, as shown, including basement materials in our package, and includes the larger 9” Swedish coped and peeled logs! Figure about 9-11K cheaper without basement materials. Final price depends on log wall size, lumber and materials market at time of purchase, and your customized design. The home is 3786 square feet, and is shown with a 6 bedroom, 3.5 design that is totally customizable by you.
Fully Customizable Log Cabin Kit Designs
You can flip the floorplan left to right, up, down, move things around to make rooms larger and others smaller, stretch the design (more costs), shrink it (save $), make it taller, different wall log diameters, add or subtract deck, railing, porches, entry trusses, add a garage, you name it, all doable. We try to advise you to keep the bathrooms stacked (plumbing costs), so a wet wall is shared, and some design elements like ridge lines and posts need to be approximately where they are, but the sky is the limit (let us help you get what you want)!
