The Antler Ridge Chalet
The Antler Ridge Log Home is a mid-sized log cabin design with a great layout, bang for the buck, and has been very popular for lots of reasons, 1538 square feet, open floorplan, beautiful log stairset, 23’ ceiling, nice sized 9” peeled logs, and with huge character posts and beams inside. Nice entry side covered porch, big deck, nice trapezoid windows up top, and tons of curb appeal. It is easy to customize your own layouts, although this one fits most. Master in the loft, master bedroom on the mainfloor, take your pick. This log home package as shown is $101,000, and includes the larger, full 9” Swedish coped and peeled logs! Final price depends on log wall size, lumber and materials market at time of purchase, and your customized design. Save a little by using 9" nominal logs (our competitors use 8.5" as a 9", for example).
Fully Customizable Log Cabin Kit Designs
You can flip the floorplan left to right, up, down, move things around to make rooms larger and others smaller, stretch the design (more costs), shrink it (save $), make it taller, different wall log diameters, add or subtract deck, railing, porches, entry trusses, add a garage, you name it, all doable. We try to advise you to keep the bathrooms stacked (plumbing costs), so a wet wall is shared, and some design elements like ridge lines and posts need to be approximately where they are, but the sky is the limit (let us help you get what you want)!

This Antler Ridge Chalet has a few options, like wrap around decks with porches on two sides, full length, and a large shed dormer on the loft level. Finish up some railing and this baby is ready!

The Antler Ridge has lots of nice features inside, like custom stairs, railing and loft logs. This customer added some T&G instead of sheetrock, for lots of wood. The ceiling and and logs, railing, etc. are included in our packages.
